Refund policy

you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
